    Courtney

Hi there! I’m Courtney, a certified yoga instructor with over a decade of experience helping people discover the power of breath, movement, and mindfulness. I earned my certification in beautiful Arizona, and I’ve been sharing the transformative benefits of yoga ever since.
My teaching style is all about balance – I love to incorporate a little fun and play into my classes, making yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my classes offer a safe space where you can relax, explore, and have a good time while nurturing your body and mind.
When I’m not on the mat, I’m a busy mom to three almost grown boys and a proud grandma to one adorable grandson. I’ve called the Athabasca area home for 11 years, and I’m deeply committed to giving back to my community through volunteering in a variety of different capacities. Outside of yoga, I’m also a huge fan of sports – especially volleyball and hockey – and I love getting out on the water to paddleboard whenever I can. I’m always up for trying something new and exciting, so if you have a fun adventure in mind, I’m probably in!
I’m here to help you feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to yourself, both on and off the mat. Join me in a class, and let’s share a little fun, laughter, and growth together!
